I love that dirty water
So, a treasured reader informed me that in writing a post about how Boston is taking steps to burnish its "real city" credentials, I was remiss in not mentioning that Boston cabs are getting backseat credit card readers. Which, for people who patronize cabs, is a pretty nice convenience. Great, huh?

My town doesn't have the fancy credit card pay cabs. And the amateurs don't even turn off their call lights when they have a fare. They like to point and laugh when you're trying to hail them. And some of them don't even want to take you on unless you're going to Arlington or Bethesda. T to the F?
